First public release!

This release is still a beta release, hence the version 0. Big changes are still likely to come, however the database structure is fairly finalized at this point.

Use create.sql or CreateDatabase.sh to create the database, then countries.sql or InsertCountries.sh to add countries and currencies to your database.
