Fix when opponent controls monster with attack above 2800, it can activate effect even if GetLocationCount(LOCATION_MZONE)==0
Fix Veidos to allow it to special summon itself to the opponent's field if player is affected by TCBOO, but only you control a Pyro Monster
修复对方场上存在超雷龙，我方发动此卡把场地放置在对方场上后会提示选择加入手卡，然后没有实际加入的问题（应该不会提示加入手卡）。
