… tabs Album Artist, creating new fragment and kt/xml, new new string EN. Whitout LOGIC DAO AND DATA BASE NEED MORE INFORMATIONS FOR FUTURE DEV

Hi @naveensingh, @PanderMusubi We work me @Bmarwane93 and @LOUTFI94 We have implemented 50% of the feature, the front end and the design part. We don't have time to work on the database and logic processing part. Here is a stable start that can be merged. For other developers to continue.
