How to install the certificate:

• Right click on the file and choose "Properties" option from the context menu.
• In the top navigation choose "Digital Signatures" tab.
• Select the first entry in the list and click on "Details".
• A new window will open up, click on "View Certificate", and then "Install Certificate...".
• Choose "Local Machine" as Store Location, then click on "Next".
• Choose "Place all certificates in the following store" option, then click on "Browse...".
• In the dialog, look for "Trusted People" option and select it, then click on "OK".
• Click on "Next", and then on "Finish".

This operation is needed only on the first install.
After the certificate has been installed you can simply open the msixbundle file to install it.
