Migrate FtProgressBar to the composition API
Pull Request Type
Description
This pull request migrates the FtProgressBar component to the composition API. It also removes the slow animation and bumps the z-index to 4 so that it is displayed in front of the side bar instead of behind it.
Testing
Refresh your subscriptions and check that you can see the progress bar at the bottom of the window.
