RN Introduced new RP attribute called NETWORK_INFO, whose value contains a public IP address of the client (more info may be added later on to the returned object/structure).

RN JDK 20 dropped support for Java source/target 1.7, and since we migrated to JDK 21 we had to upgrade source/version to 1.8.
