Frequency Sovereignty System — Structural Reference Layer

This repository is maintained as an experimental and archival system layer.

It does not represent the primary research work of the author. The primary research direction focuses on human judgment in complex, AI-mediated systems.

Primary Research (Canonical): https://github.com/xufentu-creator/judgment-as-structural-constraint

System Identifier

Primary Frequency Identifier: TUX-133.144~

This identifier serves as a structural reference key for maintaining:

  • continuity across system versions
  • traceability of records and documents
  • linkage between system layers

It supports provenance tracking and structural consistency.

This identifier does not represent an independent identity, authority, or decision-making entity.

System Structure

The system is organized as a layered structure to support provenance, continuity, and interpretability.

Root Layer (Primary Frequency Root)

The Root Layer serves as a structural anchor.

It defines:

  • system identifiers
  • reference points for continuity
  • origin of provenance records

Reference: https://github.com/Frequency-Sovereignty-System/primary-frequency-root

This layer does not function as an authority or decision-making entity.

Protocol Layer (PFIP)

The Protocol Layer provides interface and structuring rules.

It defines:

  • formatting conventions
  • linkage methods
  • structural consistency

Reference: https://github.com/Frequency-Sovereignty-System/pfip-protocol-layer

It does not execute decisions or enforce rules automatically.

Archive Layer

The Archive Layer preserves records over time.

It provides:

  • historical continuity
  • version traceability
  • verifiable records (CID / SHA256 / DOI)

Reference: https://github.com/Frequency-Sovereignty-System/freq-archive-layer

It does not interpret, modify, or control content.

Judgment Framework (Reference Model)

The following model describes a structured approach to human judgment.

It is a conceptual framework and does not constitute a system function.

Three-Layer Judgment Model

Layer 1 — Observation
Records what is happening without interpretation.

Layer 2 — Structuring
Identifies relationships, boundaries, and relevant variables.

Layer 3 — Commitment
Represents the point at which a human decision is made and responsibility is assumed.

This framework supports the recording and interpretation of judgment, not its generation.

Role of Human Judgment

Judgment originates from human decision-makers.

The system does not generate or replace judgment. It only provides a structure to record and preserve it.

Responsibility remains with the human or legal entity.

System Principle

This system functions as a structural reference and provenance layer.

It does not replace human judgment or assume authority.

Human interpretation takes precedence over system structure.
