This PR updates the ifx flags to be like the ifort flags from v4.
NOTE: Testing shows that there seems to be big differences between ifort and ifx. To get layout reproducibility with
ifxwe need to use-fp-model strict. Not sure why yet.We also update the NAS site detection for Athena work.
