Add sample EXR for image testing

Image is converted from a CC0 photo at 1920x1440 resolution (4:3). It
was chosen to adequately represent a variety of organic colors and
patterns. The classic SIPI mandrill photo was considered, but it's small
and the copyright has not been cleared for public redistribution.
