A pretty good draft version, but it still has a few issues:

• checkColinear can return true when points do not lie on line in some cases
• maybe needs thresholds adjusting
• ability to toggle note errors and other errors independently
• handclap and hammer hit detection is in the same function - this is a little messy to leave in
• potential for more issues to be added (eg warn when does not match requirements of beatsaver uploads?)
