Description

Fixes the broken npm badge and adds additional status badges for better project visibility.

Type of Change

Changes Made

  • Replace badge.fury.io with more reliable shields.io npm badge
  • Add npm downloads badge for package popularity
  • Add CI status badge for build status
  • All badges now link to relevant pages
  • Added repository description and GitHub topics for discoverability

  • Working npm badge - Shows current version (1.1.1)
  • Download metrics - Shows package adoption
  • Build status - Shows CI health at a glance
  • Better discoverability - GitHub topics help users find the project

Testing

  • Verified npm package exists and badges work
  • All badge links tested and functional
