The upcoming Aroma release will allow the user to unload a plugin from the config menu. This PR adds a basic notification to inform the user that the module is still running but the plugin is missing (if missing)
For testing you need to use the WUMSLoader nightly and AromaBaseModule nightly and build the Inkay module with latest WUMS 0.3.3
