Standardizes README badges to match the format used in Video_Normalizer repository.

Changes

  • License badge: Now links to LICENSE file instead of page anchor
  • HACS badge: Made clickable, links to hacs.xyz
  • CI workflow badge: Updated from ci.yaml to validate.yaml, renamed to "Ruff + Mypy + Hassfest"
  • Added Ruff v2 badge: Standalone badge using astral-sh endpoint
  • Added Mypy badge: Standalone type checking badge

Badges now organized in three logical rows: project metadata, release/license info, and CI/tooling status.
