@JonasKellerer, I think you missed the first part of the ticket:

From now on we discontinued the treatment plants Lucerne and Altenrhein and therefore would need a new section similar to "Locations discontinued since March 26th, 2024", called "Locations discontinued since November 25th, 2024".

@JonasKellerer, I think you missed the first part of the ticket:

True. I misinterpreted it as part of the rewrite of the text. My bad. I now added the discontinued sites as requested. For now, I went with a chronological ordering.
