OpenProof — RPO Reference Implementation

Reference implementation for the Registered Probative Object (RPO).

OpenProof introduces a deterministic evidential bundle designed to make institutional decisions defensible under scrutiny.

Same input → same sealed bundle → same hash. Any modification → detectable.
