This is our first big update. The follow things are the release goals:

• All components and templates have documentation and tests
• All services have been moved to the data-catalog-service repo
• All components and templates are function components using hooks
• Reactstrap and Bootstrap has been replaced with USWDS as the default classes
• Any unused or unwanted components have been removed to make the library more streamline
• Any text content going into a component has been planned to allow for translations from the app if needed
