This allows vanilla resource pack json files to have patches applied as part of the build process

minecraft:trial_spawner_detection&minecraft:trial_spawner_detection_ominouslocation and amountSome files could be turned into patches, but their current diffs are quite big and they are more complex so I've left them since I don't fully understand what they are doing
