Version 1.0 debug (hopefully not broken)

First release of the changed exe, please keep all of the items in the zip, as it needs these DLL's to actually run properly.
The exe is named "pwsh.ese".
The error about loading PSRead is "normal", as it happened even when compiling from unchanged source (atleast for me.)
