**How to works this script
*You can now monitor the health of your RPC and know:
- If blockNumber suddenly gets stuck → it means RPC is down/there is a disruption
- If latency suddenly increases dramatically → possibly RPC overload → opportunity to find a new RPC
- If blockNumber updates faster than usual → it could be a new mainnet RPC or a leaked "private" RPC
