Mistral Javascript Client Edge - NextJS Compatible

Mistral AI Javascript client updated to be compatible with NextJS/Edge, to interact with the Mistral AI API.

Embeddings and chat completion endpoints are supported for NextJS.

Axios has been replaced with the native fetch API.
