Wacky Traits(two, because I Can Barely Code) I Came up with at 12 Am

Hey guys, I am proposing to add a few traits I came up with in the suggestions area, realizing I can just make em(since its github) Here I am, so I think of adding some of the Ideas I have, mostly the ones I can do(Since I have zero coding knowledge, I just copy and paste until it goes green)

(-4)Precise Strikes: Basically a melee trait for all that gives 15% damage boost, and oni can't take it since they already got better ones.

(-8)Fleet Foot: You move 15% faster.(Might Change to -10 seeing how busted it is)

This just kinda seems like unbalanced non thought out slop 😭
We already have a PR up to add a trait that changes speed called bionic legs, its a bit more in depth then this.
15% melee damage increase for no reason ON TOP of weapon generalist makes no sense.
