npm6 is having trouble installing eslint-related dependencies. This uninstalls any eslint-related deps since they're not used by the unit or system test ci targets.

npm6 is having trouble installing eslint-related dependencies (ref)
This uninstalls any eslint-related deps since they're not used by the unit or system test ci targets in order to fix builds.
