Description
This pull request aims to bring the CRDS apply feature often needed to apply custom objects in Kubernetes.

crds_config.py -> check if only crds manifests are present in directory, then append it to a single file in /tmp/crds
deploy & deploy_with_tests: -> new function : check for directory presence in /tmp then run the crds_config.py and apply the whole concatened file.
