Interactive network visualization tool built with Dash and Cytoscape for exploring co‑authorship and citation graphs of scientific publications.

🚀 Features

• Fast loading & caching of preprocessed data (nodes, edges, author thesaurus).
• Interactive controls:
  • Resize nodes by various metrics (links, strength, publications, citations).
  • Filter edges by weight (minimum co‑authored publications).
  • Search and highlight authors or clusters.
  • Color nodes by metrics (average publication year, citation counts, first/last pub year).
• Hover & click tooltips:
  • Hover over nodes/edges to see summary stats.
  • Click node → Detailed overlay with publication list.
  • Click edge → Overlay with co‑publication details.
• Organization selector: switch between multiple institutions without reloading the app.
