First working release

• Some errors are not handled properly yet and will just spit out the python error
• This exe IS NOT SIGNED it will absolutely get flagged as a virus
• Once you've downloaded it once and tried to run it, go to windows security > Virus & Threat Protection > Allowed Threats
• Select the most recent threat and verify that it is rowops.exe
• Select actions > allow
• Redownload and run
• Then you will get the smartscreen error
• Click more info > run anyway
  This will be fixed at some point its just a pain to get a working certificate. If you are worried about it being a virus, just run the source code via python or compile it yourself with the instructions provided
