Changes / Bug Fixes

• Vehicle Screen bug fix for mods using modified or incomplete specs

Small update to fix an error produced on the Vehicle Screen when the vehicle includes the FillUnit Spec but does not use it and also an error produced by vehicles using the Motorized Spec but do not include any consumables (i.e Diesel)

This Beta release requires Game Version 1.7.0.0 or higher....
