• added HACS installation

Installation via HACS:

1. Add this repository to HACS
2. Install the "Bank of Israel Exchange Rates" integration
3. Restart Home Assistant
4. Add the integration through Configuration -> Integrations

Configuration:

1. Go to Configuration -> Integrations
2. Search for "Bank of Israel Exchange Rates"
3. Choose currencies from the dropdown menu
4. Press "Save" to create entities for chosen currencies
