Requirements are in the pyproject already. When ExecFlow and OntoFlow are made public it will be possible to specify version of those. OntoFlow, and ExecFlow should in turn have requireents of versions of their dependencies. |

Added
requirements.txtfile to make it easier to install the right version of all Python dependencies.I took the content of requirements.txt from the D5.5 report. Please double-check that it is correct and add missing packages.
