CMS resource request workflow

Each large white box denotes a channel. Each module within the boxes is colored according to the convention:

• Blue: Source
• Purple: Source proxy
• Yellow: Transform
• Pink: Logic engine (only shown for cms_resource_request; all others unconditionally return True)
• Green: Publisher

The arrows show the direction of data flow:

• Dashed blue lines: Communication across processes
• Red solid lines: Communication within the same process.
