End of beam test release

This is the version used at the end of beam test data-taking in October 2018.
Some checks to mitigate the crashes of DQM were implemented.
Also, minor changes to HGCAL producer and running config files

Stable release in the middle of October 2018 data-taking

This is euDAQ 2.1 fork with modified online monitoring.
After fixing some issues, it appears to be stable on October 15, 2018, in the middle of our beam tests.

June 2018 data-taking
