👍 여기에 추가적인 설명만 덧붙여주시면 될 것 같아요. 일단 하나의 파일만 전부 수정해주시고, 스터디활동 연도별로 쪼개는 작업과 관련해서는 liquid 템플릿을 뜯어고치는 작업이 필요합니다.
확인하셨으면, 나머지는 양해를 구하고 close할게요

저는 개인적으로 토론식도 by 가 들어가야할지는 모르겠는데요. 기여도 기반으로 산정할지라던가 참여한 인원의 합의가 필요한거라 일부로 보류하고 있었는데, 이건 얘기가 필요할 것 같아요.

그럼 저희는 3기가 되겠군요!
by 에 들어가는 맴버는 '스터디장'급으로 넣어야 한다는 말씀이시죠?
그렇다면, 다른 스터디를 채우기 위해 스터디장분께 공문을 돌려서 채워넣어도 괜찮을까요?
(형식만 보여드리고, 제가 Pull request 하는 방식으로요)
js웹렌더링 항목을 삭제하고 현재 운영진의 기수를 4기 -> 3기로 바꿈
토론식 스터디의 삭제 나머지 description : 스터디장님들에게 공문을 돌림(대기 중)
