Added missing signatures

Changes:
1] Added missing signatures. Signatures are compiled from the WikiPages.
2] Added instructions for SGX1, SGX2 and SMX.
3] No need to restart VS when changing syntax highlighting color.
4] Architectures that are no switched on are also not highlighted.
5] Some minor bugfixes
