Move legacy probability theories to examples #1185

Hi,

per our discussions on Discord, this PR moves the legacy probability theory based on finite measures (and the related measure theory and lebesgue integrations) to examples/probability/legacy. They are still needed when building the two classic examples (examples/miller and examples/diningcryptos).

It remains to have all recent moved core theories mentioned in the (next) release notes...
