The downside of this change is that all memory of the Frameworks group disappears from the website |

Indeed the information about prior work would be gone. However, I think it could make sense to add a "history" section to the new website listing past or finished efforts - old WG, the CWP process, etc. |

OK, I have a new plan here where we can have archived activities (it's not just frameworks, there are quite a few), so this PR isn't relevant anymore. |
