This is for #318. Long story short the default theme of Material for MKDocs (our CMS) changed. The result is that it can be difficult to read sometimes due to how dark the background color is. I've brightened it up quite a bit and reverted to a previous background color. Will need to test this to make sure there are no weird impacts.
