Summary of additions and changes

• Fix Formatter gets confused when combining Beamer's visible with complicated formulas in Tikz #1854, fake table header >{...}
• Fix Feature Request: Upon "Reformat Code", auto-align at & and \\ in matrix-like environments #1889, missing some table environments
• Fix org.codehaus.plexus.archiver.ArchiverException: Error while expanding G:\MiKTeX\source\formation-latex-ul-src.tar.xz #1865 (permission problems when extracting package zips on Windows)
  Fix Unicode characters are marked as errors #1874 (cannot find TeX Live version on Mac because we can't run anything)
• Fix com.intellij.diagnostic.PluginException: Cannot load class nl.hannahsten.texifyidea.inspections.latex.codestyle.LatexFigureNotReferencedInspection$RemoveFigureFix ( #1877 by reverting the commit which deleted the copy of SafeDeleteFix. Apparently using classes from the optional Java plugin only works if you're sure they're not loaded in non-IJ IDEs.
• Fix java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException #1881 by disabling log message count exception
• Fix java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 0 #1879 IOOB
