What
Add Smishing03.unity scene + board (drag/drop, snap, judge, return).
Wire into MainMenu via ModuleDropDownLogic (indexes preserved).
Scripts under namespace Smishing03.
Why
New smishing training activity; replaces/extends Incident Report.
How to test
Open MainMenu → Start → choose Smishing → Start Activity.
Drag cards to Phishing/Safe zones; wrong drop returns, correct stays.
XR Device Simulator disabled in scenes.
