This pull request adds "Hello, World!" programs in multiple programming languages to expand the repository's language diversity. I have included examples for Bash, Basic, Dart, Go, Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, Lua, Perl, PHP, Python, R, Ruby, Rust, Swift, and TypeScript. Each language has its own dedicated folder containing a properly named file with a simple "Hello, World!" output. The structure has been kept clean and consistent according to the contribution guidelines. These additions are meant to help beginners explore different language syntaxes in one place. I hope this contribution is helpful to others and aligns with the purpose of this project.
