Battlegrounds:
- Added free Hero Guides to the overlay, written by Jeef!
These correspond to the Hero Guides we recently added to HSReplay.net, presented during Hero Picking and during game so they're easy to read inbetween turns. - Made minor visual refinements to the minion browser interface.
- Added a setting to disable Comp and Hero Guides.
This will completely disable guides, even Hero Guides during Hero Picking.

- Significantly improved startup time.
