With the new interface of DefineCAmkESVMFileServer() there is not need to have AddToFileServer(). CMake lists with files can be built instead and then passed to DefineCAmkESVMFileServer(). Signed-off-by: Axel Heider <axel.heider@hensoldt.net>

The variable `destaddr` is unused in release builds. Instead of printing the MAC from the packet, it's better to print the MAC if the designates node. The packet might contains anything, so the data from it might not be helpful. Signed-off-by: Axel Heider <axel.heider@hensoldt.net>
