This commit allows apps to grant permissions on filesystem nodes inside their respective AppData directory using a permission implicator and modifications to the grant-user-user and grant-user-group endpoints.
This commit adds support for apps to revoke permissions granted to items within their respective AppData directories, and fixes a bug introdued into the /grant-user-group endpoint.
