Extension unit controls for ELP H.264 USB cameras

Put this into your Android tree at external/elpuvc/ and run "make elpuvc" to build. The elpuvc binary must be installed to somewhere in the path.

Use this to control bitrate, image, and multi-stream features of the camera.
