A small hotfix update plus improvements to README.

Hotfix:

  • Fixed a launch issue with fetching environment path; now relying directly on Homebrew shellenv

Documentation:

  • Improved README with hotkey setup guidance and a notice about the automation permission on initial run
  • Homebrew is now essentially a requirement (before it was technically just a strong recommendation)
