Groups

Groups define and contain populations.

A Group is defined by three parts:

• population - a collection of organisms
• Archivist - gathers, stores and records data
• Optimizer - defines the process to generate a new generation (note: this may not be used in some worlds if the have implicit mating)

Groups provide a container to keep a population and the important classes associated with that population organized.

Groups are Name Space complaint. If the GLOBAL-groups parameters is set, this is create a vector of groups with the name(spaces) provided in addition to the default group (the default group has no name space).
