v0.0.2 Fall Forest Run

Major updates:

• Merged upstream from Mirotalk to include latest features including rtmp from May 12 - Sep 7. Special thanks to @jeremyd for walking through the rebase. All previous commits have been squashed into 1 commit. Nostr branch is now deprecated and commits moved into main branch
• Mobile devices now have large buttons and easier to navigate features, H/T to @Yeghro.
• Locked Rooms are now hidden on the API and front page
• updated nostr.json
• added issue templates by @ProgramminCat
• added merch shop links.
