Syncing Tags and Package

No major code changes, this is simply syncing the package.json version with the git tag/release.

Changes:

• GitHub Workflow can now be triggered manually to publish in case there's an issue with one of the releases. (Subject to removal).
• Added tags to package.json for better visibility.
