Reduce CPU Usage!

Added Thread.Sleep() to reduce CPU usage! This drops CPU usage from 50%
to 15% on my PC. Can't believe I didn't notice the CPU usage of this
script :x If anyone has a better method (preferably event based) please
let me know!

This version now also saves another location:

C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\HeadlessOverlayToolkit\TwitchChatOverlay

You can just copy your settings file over from the previous location.
