- Updated tomcat version to 9.0.89
- Added a conditional to the spec file that installs the tomcat manager applications on fresh installations but does not re-install the manager applications if the user has decided to remove it. If the manager applications exist during an update, the rpm package will update it.
Added a condition to the manager applications to prevent the RPM package from installing manger applications on systems where they have been purposely removed. The package will now install the manager applications on fresh installations but will not upgrade/install manager applications if they do not exist currently.
Update Makefile to 9.0.89
