prescribeSM_CESM_1.2.x provides an extension to the Community Land Model (CLM), to prescribe liquid soil water (SOILLIQ; and soil ice (SOILICE)). CLM is part of the Community Earth System Model. Supported releases are CLM 4.0 and CESM 1.2.
