This PR brings a sample Linux kernel confidential VM under confidential-vms/ directory and adds the required build procedure to create a confidential VM image. The VM image is then copied to the overlay of a root filesystem of a test system running on qemu.
Both hypervisor's and guest's kernel are build with help of buildroot. The guest kernel is patched in a way that the Kernel makes a
convert to a confidential VMcall early in the boot process. Virtio drivers haven't been patched yet.
